Combe Estate – Covid-19 Update

Combe Estate are taking every precaution to minimise the risk of infection from COVID-19 for the health and safety of our staff and customers.

The Estate Office currently remains open albeit with only one member of staff on site whilst the remainder are working from home. We would request that customers do not visit the office during this time. You may still contact the office with any queries or orders either on 01404 45576 or via email to info@combeestate.com and we will endeavour to deal with these as soon as we are able to.

Tenants

If you have any emergencies or require urgent repairs during this period please contact the office as usual on 01404 45576 or email us at info@combeestate.com. Once again we will endeavour to deal with your requests as quickly as possible but inevitably there will be some delays due to tradesmen not being available due to working restrictions.

Logs

We are still at this time endeavouring to carry out log deliveries but would request when ordering that the following is adhered to:-

If you suspect you may have, or have come into contact with someone who has COVID-19 and you have requested a log delivery then please ring the office on 01404 45576 to discuss where the logs may be left so that no contact is made between yourselves and our delivery team.
Your invoice can either be left with your delivery or can be emailed to you, again please specify when you call.
We will not be taking cash payments from customers during this time to reduce the risk of infection.
Bacs payment would be our desired method of payment and details of how you can pay can be found on your invoice. We will still accept cheques but ask that these be posted to the office rather than handed to the delivery team.

As the spread of Covid-19 continues we wanted to reassure you that the well-being of our staff, customers and suppliers will be at the forefront of everything we do and will endeavour to maintain as normal a service as possible at this very difficult time. We intend to follow government advice as it emerges and adopt whatever measures given.
