Honiton Show 2017

Well all that hard work paid off, the Combe Estate team put so much effort into designing and setting up our stand and we are proud to announce that we won first prize for our woodland garden!

This year we decided to recreate a scene from the woods using timber and plants harvested from the woodland to create a beautiful stand that proved popular with show visitors and the judges.  We incorporated an undercover seating area for guests to enjoy a drink.  Another new addition was our competition to win a load of our seasoned hardwood logs.  This generated lots of interest and we have delivered logs to the winners this week which were Mr & Mrs Bennett.

We had a wonderful day at the show, despite the mud, it was great to see all of our friends and customers and to hear all the kind words about our stand.  We are already thinking about what we can do for next year!!!
